Saudi blockchain systems integrator Ateon is planning to conduct several roadshows on blockchain following the conclusion of roadshows in Riyadh and Jeddah on the 13th December. The technology firm, which is building blockchain-systems for Zakat, payment settlements, value-added tax and KYC-as-a-service among others, is currently working on a blockchain use case for identity management for Bank Aljazira and is developing a Shariah compliant social cryptocurrency for the IDB (See IFN Fintech November issue).
